Nano Bricks (HNMC)

• Nano bricks were designed to have low thermal expansion by using special non- metallic material. Nano bricks with low carbon content can have low thermal expansion like the existing bricks and result of preventing cracks or peel-off problems.
• Nano bricks were designed to maintain stable temperature in the entire section of ladle by applying compound antioxidants.
• Our private special binders were designed to produce high density bricks and to make better liquidity under high pressure molding.

Reduces consumption of crystalline flaky graphite

• 75~80% less used than the existing bricks

Lowers the temperature of the shell during LF refining

• It is possible to reduce up to 20%

Lower Emission of CO gas while the ladle dry-out or heat-up the bricks after installation

• More eco-friendly refractory
